I always start my day with coffee and The Wood Roaster coffee definitely makes it more amazing! I love the aroma, the taste, the blend. I love trying different blends and their taster pack is a great way for me to try 4 different blends every time. Highly recommended!
Visited The Wood Roaster today and had a fantastic discussion with Mel about all things coffee. Mel took time out of her busy day to chat and give me a few pointers to make my coffee experience even more enjoyable. Like all the staff I have encountered here they are passionate about coffee and are always happy to discuss different types of beans and flavours. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
Excellent Customer service. We called Kim on a Saturday morning and he was very prompt in getting back to us. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions regarding the purchase of a new coffee machine. As promised, delivery was very fast and packaging was secure and safe. Love our new coffee machine. Tried a few blends and each of them was exceptional, great unique flavour and richness. The aroma is indulging and the way the packaging and delivery was done shows they love making the coffee as much as we love drinking it. Its much better than the more readily available brands, not sure why I didn't get to know about Wood Roaster before. Full marks.
10 months after first trying the wood roaster i can say it’s easily my most regular supplier. I like to try as many different roasters as I can often using new ones each fortnight. Their amazing coffee and second to none service and delivery keeps me going back time and time again. Just got another delivery today.. can’t wait to enjoy this the same as all the ones before it.
The Wood Roaster are by far the best of the best, I honestly can't fault them. I've been purchasing coffee for my business off Kim and the crew for a couple of months, and they continue to exceed expectations, the quality of the beans and also the customer service are second to none. Kim has been outstanding, Kim has always been available to answer any questions or queries, keeps you in the loop with whats going on and always goes above and beyond to ensure your order arrives as expected. I'm stoked to have found such an amazing, honest and reliable supplier, and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Can't recommend the Wood Roaster highly enough! Not only is the product fantastic, but the customer service is second to none. There was a slight error with my purchase due to the wording of my order. I emailed them about this and received a phone call within 10 minutes to remedy the situation! A new product was swiftly sent out to me and a return label sent. I ended up with the correct product within a week of ordering including the return process. I couldn't believe how quickly the team responded, and with such friendly service. Great company, will absolutely buy from here again!
The taste of The Wood Roaster coffee beans can be described in one word, magic !!! This coffee is remarkable on every level. Great variety. I was in love with the Go Nuts flavour till I tried the Choc Berry. I have not been able to drink anything else since. All my friends think I make the best coffee, credit given where credit is due, the superpower is in coffee beans. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
The best coffee and outstanding staff. Their wood roasted decaf is unique, since 1. It is a blend of quality beans rather than a single origin - unlike other roasters, and 2, they have to be the only wood roasted decaf beans in Aus. I am told their particular wood roasting process allows the bean to express more complex flavours. The result is simply the best tasting cup you can get. Delicious! The staff are also warm, friendly and helpful. I only went to pick up a couple of bags of beans but Mel invited me in, took the time to show me their one-of-a kind sustainable wood roaster it looks like Willy Wonkas Chocolate factory, just for coffee beans and even showed me the secret to making perfect coffee! hint: they provide handy little cards that detail how many grams and how much / how long to pull the best tasting espresso shot - for each variety of bean I am now the wiser and can appreciate these beans even more.
