The best coffee I've ever had, hands down. The people there are super friendly and the seating is comfortable.

The most disrespectful disgusting manager at this cafe. We purchased a sausage roll and almond croissant the croissant was stale and one bite of the sausage roll I had to spit it out because it was off. I do not complain ever with bad service or food but this was so bad I had to return it and the manager -who goes by the name Ming before giving any solution was so rude and led to tell me there is nothing wrong with the food but yet there is something wrong with me and whispered that to me so nobody could hear. Then continued to tell me I am wrong there is nothing wrong with my food it is fresh today when it taste and feels stale & off. I have never received such terrible customer service this man is horrible. He refused to refund our money and seriously refused to accept the fact the food was not edible, he called me a liar and embarrassed us when we tried to be as nice as possible. Absolutely insane he is.

The service woman was very rude, she didn't look at me through out my whole time ordering until I asked her how her morning was..she said 'good' and turned away. There was 2 other people in the coffee shop, so not busy at all..i can see why! For somewhere on Oxford street the gays demand great customer service & gurl, this is not where it's at!

If you're used to the hill song friendly smiles with sparkling eyes and blonde hair, then you're in for a surprise. These guys are rude as hell, and you'll be lucky to even get the order you requested. The points machine never works, or they can't be bothered using it. There is a reason every other coffee shop on Oxford street is busy in the morning, and these guys are dead. Locals know it's a hit and miss coffee shop.

I had a horrible experience at there. We ordered 4 coffees and it was $20.30 so gave $50.30 and we were waiting to get the change. We were the last customer of the line but after the owner took the money he made coffees and didn't give us the change. We are all professional specialists and we have no reason to get $30 more from his business. He didn't remember who he gave the money to and refused to check on CCTV. He kept changing the story and he didn't remember what he said to us. Just to get out change we were horrible humiliated in the cafe. We were just too sophisticated to deal with that horrible person. Anyone of us can make mistakes but what i got really upset was rather than investigating that situation he told me a 'liar and we tried to steal money. Hope he would feel rich with that $30 cause it really doesn't effect on our lives but i confirmed that how he took more money from people from overseas or different cities in aus.

Coffee and food are Decent. Service is OK - definitely not rude when I was there but simply lack of passion. Maybe the job is miserable but it’s customer service so please pretend to be happy.

I am a regular at the Darlinghurst branch and appreciate the quality of coffee I always receive . However this morning the 3rd of June I had a disgusting experience . Yesterday 2nd of June,the lady at the register was incompetent she couldn't even speak English . She charged my friend 5 dollars for 4.50 drink and did not acknowledge the minimum efpos before charging him. Then , she misused my points ! I had over 1000 points on the 2nd of June after placing my regular order of white chocolate mocha . On the 3rd when I scanned my card I had 0 points I was shocked . I asked the different lady from yesterday at the register how that's possible when I didn't even use my points . She gave me a series of reasons why my balance was 0. She was so rude . After I placed my order for a white chocolate I checked my points balance online and noticed that 1000 points were deducted for a Irish creme coffee . I don't even drink that coffee and I didn't lose my card and no one used my card . So please explain to me where my 1000 points went ? The staff at Darlinghurst was extremely rude to me and said I was lying . Why would I lie for a 1000 points ? Is this how I'm treated as a customer ? They were so disgusting towards me and did not even entertain my issue . I'm contacting head office so you can fix the points issue and also speak with your franchise about their unprofessional behaviour . This is ridiculous and I will be notifying my friends and social media about this to bring awareness !!!

Guy behind the counter is rude and blames you if he cannot understand your order. Just some friendly advice, if you spend 5 seconds to just repeat the order, you can avoid any potential issues. Came in with 5 other colleagues today. You just lost 6 customers due to your poor attitude.

Quite a nice place for a coffee & cake, or yohourt & fruit, which I have. But they close early, at 8pm. It's a pity Sydney closes down so much fairly early in the evening, when many major world cities tend to stay open until almost midnight in this new century..

Pathetic service! Asked for extra extra hot coffee, got a pretty cold one. Bought a small drink for $4.55 and charged me $5.00 on EFTPOS, without actually notifying me. Need a tip? just put a tip box!
