Our family started The Wholefood Bakery in 2000 to service a part of the bakery wholesale market that was lacking in fresh, high quality bakery products.
At The Wholefood Bakery, we’re committed to traditional baking practices. We believe in the use of whole foods to ensure our products are in its most natural, real state before being consumed. Our pastries do not contain any additives, preservatives, or added sugars, salts, or fats.
What do we mean by “whole foods”?
Food that has been processed or refined as little as possible and is free from additives or other artificial substances.
