Contacted Ross regarding a property they manage for owners. Terrible communication from him.
I am a professional landlord I have over 10 properties currently being managed by The Watsons Realestate These guys are reasonable and easy to work with. They get maintenance done at an affordable price. The Son Bradley who is also on the team has a side business of property maintenance and he does a great job. Compared to other provenances I deal with he is very cheap at a high quality Ross and Barbara have decades of experience! Ross has been quoted by news organisations such as the Herald a number of times through the years he knows his stuff I have properties all over New Zealand my only complaint is that I wish I could clone these guys for my other portfolios They are the best property managers I have ever and will ever have!!!!!!!
Top performance from a great team. Highly recommended.
I have a workmate that was constantly told that a sold sign was going on the property signage, but never ever did. Really, how hard is it to put a sold sign up!!. C'mon
These people don’t even deserve one star. They are unprofessional and extremely arrogant. Pay the extra fees & go with people that know the law.
