As a new landlord ourselves, we have been impressed by Landlords Link since the first meeting. They're efficient and great at what they do. The team are responsive to emails and calls and will work quickly to resolve anything for you. They have a robust internal process to screen applicants and provided a great experience for us during the tenant selection process. They're knowledgeable in what they do and have my full trust in handling our property.  They have an efficient digital system for managing required maintenance to ensure you are informed of the progress, costs etc. and can approve jobs from quotes easily online. I've heard first hand from trade companies on how great Landlords Link are to work with also.  Highly recommended to all tenants, trade partners and property owners.

I've been a Tennant with Landlord link in Whanganui for almost a year. Monique is the property agent; she is excellent in her work with good communication and excellent problem-solving skills. She is very prompt in her response. I have lived in rented properties in different countries and had the experience of dealing with various real estate companies’ agents, but I rank Monique the best. Highly recommended for all new tenants and property owners.

I had a great experience with Landlord links and their staff. If you own a property and want to rent it out, I would highly recommend to get in contact with Landlord Links, as they are very professional, and look after your property more than us. This is my first experience as a landlord and I understand this could be very stressful to manage the property but we are very lucky that we found “Monique Haami-Heron” the property manager, she is amazing, very professional, good communicator, never let us stress about anything since she is taking care of our property. I would highly recommend to get in contact with landlord link, if you are a landlord and looking for tenant or vice versa.

Landlords Link has several positive reviews. Are they are genuine? The company is very expensive and they choose tradespeople with very high rates cleaners $50 per hour plus gst. Almost $200 to replace a light batten holder and kick the oven door so that it closes properly. There was confusion about the end date when I decided to end their management. I have email evidence of the end date, but before that date they refunded the tenants payments $880 without telling me and refuse to take responsibility. They had previously sent an email expressing annoyance that I ended their management. Makes me wonder about the subsequent accounts to pay and the reversal of funds. No proof of course, but by golly the tenants offered to clean for nothing and I could employ a cleaner for $20 - $25 per hour. The cleaner they chose took 3 hours and the tenant says that the job was not good - an hors of work maybe?. They also got in a lawnmower contractor twice for a pre rental tidy up. Several hundred dollars later ...  Honestly, they will not save you money. The last two months rent of $440 per week netted me about $500 after their expenses and contractors who have turned out to be unnecessary. As an aside, they are paying in the middle of this month. Weeks after they were paid. Think twice. Maybe manage yourself or employ a friend or handyman to manage.

Monique from Landlords Link has taken the stress out of being a landlord. She is very conscientious and great at walking that fine line that keeps both the owner and tenant happy.

An amazing team. Efficient and reliable. Had no difficulty in getting a perfect house to rent for my family. Best wishes to the team.
