Story

The Warehouse Workshop Screen Acting Studio provides acting classes and screen acting training to suit any actor, including Weekly Short Courses, Full Time Programs, One Day Workshops & Masterclasses. In addition, our resources include expansive script, book, & DVD libraries, edit suites, a fully functional recording studio, as well as a fully equipped audition room and large multi-purpose Studio.

Mission

Our mission is to create an opportunity for actors in Australia to undergo performance training that would not only equip you with the foundations to successfully build careers as professional screen actors, but to give you the resources, tools, education and insight to go on and create your own film projects.

My friend and I have just completed the beginners course with Warehouse Studio, it was far more professionally run and enjoyable than I ever expected. My friend is quite a shy and conservative person and told me it has literally changed her perception of herself and brought out a "new me". I came onto the website to register for the next course and couldn't resist the opportunity to say how much I have enjoyed it and look forward to the next class. My friend and I are the only "oldies" in the class - both over 66 years and are made to feel very welcome. The young people are so clever, friendly and lots of fun. Hope this helps. Barbara
Highly recommend doing this course! Having not acted since I was in high school over 20 years ago, I took the terrifying plunge to try it again and am so glad I found myself here! Phil is a world of knowledge, the classes are super informative, interesting, accepting and so much fun! No matter what stage of your career you’re at - Phil will help guide and educate you whilst always having a laugh. My group and I loved it so much we all booked straight onto the Intermediate Course as by the end, we were hooked... Take the plunge and give it a go!!
Both of our girls have developed a real passion for acting through the Warehouse Workshop and absolutely love the classes with Phil and Tess. The atmosphere there is so welcoming and friendly and I have no doubt of the positive long term effects in their confidence, general expression, public speaking and many other life skills. The kids are are taught and supported by the best in the industry and the friendships they have made there are invaluable.
