Hi guys I haven't been to your store, however I'm giving you 5* for the EXCELLENT customer phone service you gave me whilst looking for a product. Nothing was too much trouble you were so helpful. I certainly have not had this from many other retailers in nz. Thanks for being cheerful great all rounders.
Always friendly & helpful staff
Really good store and good stock, just one time when i went there i tried the tester perfume to see if i should get it for my mum and a lady who worked at the store walked up to me and said "Hey! That's For Girls!" It made me feel extremely embarassed
Usually find what I'm after. Don't shop there too often. Staff are nice.
Nice clean, tidy and well stocked branch of The Warehouse. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Not a very big store compared to some of the other branches but you can go online or ask the staff to order items in if they are available.
Thank you to Murray and Ann at the Warehouse Whitianga. I have a handicapped brother who lives in Whitianga and whose tv went kaput. It is his only form of entertainment. I live in Australia and paid for a new TV which was delivered by Ann to my brother at no cost to me the same day. Thank you both so much for going the extra mile to help John out today.
One of the best places in Whitianga to buy whatever you need. Pricing can sometimes be more expensive than supermarkets if a supermarket also stocks it but for clothes and shoes it's definitely up there for value and range.
Wanted some 60L storage bins which were on the shelf but no lids except for one's that where up on the top with all the replacement stock, kindly asked assistant if she could bring some down, she said no as they where doing stock take, seems crazy as the bins and lids are sold as one product!
Nice store, friendly staff. Well stocked and some good clearance specials.
Has reasonable range of products.
