Very convenient - booked an appointment online in the morning and was able to get in that afternoon. Waited less than 5 minutes to be seen by the doctor, advice was practical and despite what I read in another review the doctor made no attempt to up sell or anything like that. Price was only marginally higher $10 than what my partner paid, who got the same shots recommended by her family doctor in the suburbs.

We booked for BCG vaccination and appointment time was 11:10 am & we reached before that. Filled in paperwork and then was asked to wait. We kept waiting and ultimately called for vaccination at 12:30 pm. There was no queue and waiting room was empty even after that it took them almost 1.5 hrs.

I have been to this clinic twice now for my travels. I needed specialised vaccinations including yellow fever and most recently Japanese encephalitis. Both doctors were wonderful, discussed my trip plans, discussed my medical conditions and my safety concerns. The nurses who administered my vaccinations were patient and kind I have a severe phobia of needles. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. I recommend this clinic for any overseas travel. The doctors knew exactly what was required and were honest if they didn't think something was needed. Will be headed back there for my next trip!

Doctors and Nurses friendly but services provided were completely overcharged. Long waiting times for an appointment and Ince you have an appointment they completely overrun so you don't actually see anyone for at least an hour after you've arrived. Terrible service all round.

Lovely doctors and nurses who took time to talk through my itinerary and come up with a plan that suited me and my wallet. The gastro kit came in very handy when I ate something dodgy and couldn't move to find nearest pharmacy. Thank you Travel Doctor :

Reception service was abysmal. The girls at the front desk have horrible attitudes and were rude and unhelpful. On the plus side the nurse and doctor were informative and friendly, it's just a shame that customer service was such a let down.

Went here because I erroneously believed that accredited Yellow Fever Vaccination Centres were a rarity - they are not. Do yourself a favour and go to a normal doctor. The travel doctor will engage in a relentless upsell to try and get you to purchase many unnecessary vaccinations. Worse still, I wanted Diamox for help with altitude sickness but the travel doctor would only sell single tablets for around $3 each. My wife went to a normal doctor and got a prescription - bought a box of 100 at Chemist Warehouse for $20. Total ripoff.

I feel like I have been ripped off. I paid $380 for a visit and 2 vaccinations and a booster shot. My girlfriend went to someplace else and got exactly the same for $180!! This included a prescription for malaria pills. Something they didn't even recommend taking!?

I arrived for my appt today on time and for the second time was kept waiting.  Whne I asked how long I would have to wait the receptionist told me she didn’t know.  I left as I had another appointment.  No apology nothing.  Two visits both the same.  More room for another Travel Doctor.  Kevin Bergin

Fantastic service at the Travel Doctors from several different doctors. Great to go away knowing how to stay safe. Very comprehensive service and appointment is partially covered by Medicare.
