One of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. The food was delicious and the staff knowledgeable and entertaining. The vibe was fun and entertaining and I would definitely recommend a visit.

A perfect and cosy spot to catch up with friends over a grazing board and some drinks. We sat out in the fully enclosed courtyard which was lovely and warm even on a cold winter afternoon. It was exciting to receive efficient and friendly table service too and meet some of the local puppies!!!

In our fast-paced world, where everything seems to be just a click away, it's becoming increasingly difficult to find places that allow us to escape the whirlwind of quick fixes and truly savour the present but today, as the grey Melbourne skies bucketed down, I tucked myself away in this gem of a place that perfectly embodies the art of slowing down and indulging in life's simple pleasures. So, it wasn't hard to add this to my list of special places to visit, where I know that I can immerse myself in the art of living and relax. Oh, and it's also a haven for cocktail enthusiasts, with a list of seemingly handcrafted concoctions, so with my Coco Loco and, later, Cabana Mama, I sunk myself into a cosy-corner couch and took in the great atmosphere.

Gorgeous intimate-style bar with all the trimmings of a warm, cozy home. From private nooks to Chesterfield-laden rooms, this two-storey spot is the kind of place where you’ll want to bring a date and sit until it’s far later than you realized. Or where you could take your 20 closest work mates and not get in trouble with HR! The drinks are so precise: we’re talking lists that deliver solid work on the cocktail front, a choice of wines we actually want to drink and a good showing for the craft beer. There are functional snacks to accompany your foraging of their drinks menu, and larger lunch/dinner serves that hit all the right spots hint: the buttermilk chicken is unlike anything else! And do not get me started on those donut balls! Just like the namesake, they made it their job to get us tipsy so imagine the blowout they’ll facilitate for birthdays, hens, showers and anniversary celebrations. Plus, you can bring your dog to their sunny courtyard space or anywhere inside, really! Or simply admire an array of fluffy companions from your dog-less table. Gem of a crew, vibey atmosphere and unforgettable service. Cannot recommend this Port Melbourne haunt enough!

We went there because it is dog friendly and it really delivers on that front, dogs allowed inside. Our fur baby sat with us the whole time perched on an ottoman and loved it and was able to meet other dogs. Food was good and drinks selection was fine.

My birthday party in the courtyard was perfection. The canapés were brilliant, the Vegan and Gluten free mix satisfied all. The atmosphere in the covered courtyard was perfect. Amber and team were responsive to all our requirements, flexible when the preorder of drinks needed changing. Thank you all at Tipsy Cow.

We had 4 dishes to share and the food was delicious!! The scallops were a stand out! Their margarita cocktails are the best and Jay is really nice and chatty. We had an amazing time!

So many positives and things I love about this place it’s dog friendly, the cocktails are divine, the food is delicious and the service and friendliness of the staff makes me want to keep coming back. Thanks for a great night

Fantastic food and service!, We went here for a function and had the 12 canapes pp, it was well presented, food was great good portion sizes and drinks were amazing!! We had such a fantastic night would recommend to give it a try.

A must visit if you’re looking for delicious food an great drink options, winning tapas bas bar of the year. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was fantastic. Definitely coming back for more.
