Regular pilates sessions have been great for keeping my joints and muscles moving and strong so that an active life can be enjoyed in comfort. The Studio is a great place with professional staff who look after specific needs of everyone - with a good laugh along the way.

With the aim of competing to a top level nationally and internationally it is so important to me that I work with knowledge supportive physios. Ebony Hornibrook and Lousie Parker are both incredibly knowledgeable and nothing is an issue. They have found solutions to every injury I have thrown at them and realise that continuing with what you want to do in life is priority so solutions need to be found. The Studio provides a fun, relaxed environment with a good array of rehab equipment. The pilates classes are small and a great way to strengthen and stretch. I highly recommend The Studio for physiotherapy and pilates.

On holidays in New Zealand and injured my back. I was in excruciating pain and it was nearing closing hours. I called every physio in town and no one would see me until I reached Ebony. She agreed to stay after hours to help me and I couldn't be more greatful... Not only was she lovely, she is amazing at what she does! Thanks to Ebony, I am able to get through the rest of my holiday. Thank you!!

The team at The Studio have looked after my injury so well it's hard to put into words. I put up with pain for 3 years and Louise finally gave me the correct advise. So thank you so much! I will be recommending The Studio to anyone who asks for a Physio! Thanks again! Malcom King TECH 2 U Ltd

On holiday, my sister did her back and was in excrutiating pain so I started calling physios around town. All denied us as it was close to closing time. However, Dr Ebony not only stayed behind but also relieved most her pain! Couldn't be more greatful. lovely lady.
