All our therapists are highly qualified and have many years of experience, so whether you have sustained a sporting injury or have a health issue that is affecting your life and wellbeing, Proactive Physio has a solution for you!

The clinic has been running for over six years and is located at Terrace Junction, Frankton Road, Queenstown. The premises is well equipped with private treatments rooms and a light, airy gym. We are centrally located at Frankton roundabout near the BP Petrol Station in Terrace Junction with ample free parking.

The girls at Proactive have helped me through a few different injuries and always make time if I have problems or questions. They have a depth of knowledge beyond what I expected from a physiotherapist and made the ACC process very easy and painless. I highly recommend Proactive Physio especially if you have a complicated claim or case.

After a major injury, have been attending Proactive for over a year now. Their attention to my needs, and their overall support and encouragement has been outstanding. I would not have made half the progress I have made without them.

Very unimpressive organisation. Went to see a physio along with another friend had a single one on one session then was drafted into a weekly $30 exercise group. after 3 months or so never had another 1 on 1 session never asked about injury tbh dont think shes could remember. Same exact process occurred for my friend who was drafted into group never asked about injury again or how it was progressing. Felt let down by this organisation with motives towards money instead of personal rehabilitation. Very disappointed i wouldn't recommend this physiotherapy.
