Learn her story, explore the past and experience Mary Poppins in a whole new way.nnA great family, bucket list item, day out, road trip item, whatever the reason you should check it out!nnThe only thing I wish I did see was more Mary Poppins themed things in the gift shop. That would truely add to the vibe.
If you arw visiting Maryborough make sure you take the time to visit the story banks. What an amazing display. The rooms are all filled with rhyme, pictures and stories that care over from generation to generation. Take the time to sit in the theatre room, ypu won't be disappointed. Great for all ages
Visiting from the US and the wife wanted to see this place. Loved it. It is not marked as Mary Poppins so you wouldn't even know it was here. Somebody had to tell us. Bad advertising by the city. Great older guy at check-in once you break down that barrier. Loss of information
Such a special place and enjoyed our 2 hours there. Every room tells a Tale. Try and find all those little mice.
Highly, Highly Recommend - One of my absolute favourite places in Maryborough is The Story Bank - I have visited here twice now with my children and even my now 16 yr old would happily go again, its a wonderful place to explore together as a family - well done the amazing minds who put all this together
