Maryborough has one of the oldest histories in the area. This museum and surrounding buildings help to tell the story.

What a great museum!! And only $6 for adults!! The volunteers really love to be there and really want to help. Very knowledgeable helpful and willing. Can't compare to our War Memorial in Canberra but a really special place honouring our Aussie heroes- tributes, artefacts from Gallipoli, WW1 WW2 Vietnam Afghanistan... a really special vehicle out the front...get up close and personal to uniforms medals and displays...go and see - support the locals!!
