Hi there,  It has been four months now since I purchased my spa from these guys and I waited until now before posting anything as I wanted to see what service over time would look like.  Despite a lot of older bad press about these guys, in my view I have had nothing but good service from them and such are giving them four stars.  Thank you S&P appreciate your help and service.

Very dishonest person to deal with.  I read the reviews but sadly the lady I dealt with went back on everything she said and tried to blame me for getting things wrong.  I haven't heard from her again....... is the problem solved???!!!!!!  Good luck for all who deal with her.

Our company sold spa and pool factory spas for a short while. During this time we had nothing but bad experiences! We have had several that have bubbles in the  bottom along with many other problems. They now REFUSE to cover any of this under warranty which the spas were only under a year old. We then get told to RECALL all ozonators because they are a fire risk! They said they would reemburse us for that but DID NOT. This company should shut down. They have terrible customer service and even worse product! Do not buy from them. We are now in the process of lawyers, I know alot of people are in the same unfortunate page as us. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. PLEASE do your reasearch first!!

I frequently talk to Martin, one of the main busy bodies of the company, i always get %100 customer service and satisfaction from this top bloke. He has extensive knowledge of just about everything there is in the trade. If you have a question, Martin will tell you within a heartbeat. Thanks for the trade Martin, keep up the great work!! _b
