Bought some firewood.  Staff were very helpful and the free loan trailer was great, but the wood hasn't been seasoned so can't be burnt this year.  To be fair, we didn't specifically ask whether it was, but I think it's reasonable to expect to have been told the moisture content is >40%.

Same as the previous comment. Brought some fire wood, except I specifically asked if it was cured and ready to burn, the answer was yes. I have chopped the wood down to kindling size and it still doesn't burn

Great guys and easy to deal with. I stuffed up backing their trailer and they were awesome about it. Good prices and not as busy as the other stores on a weekend so higher chance of getting a trailer.
