Was browsing yesterday, and happened to come across a set of headphones in box with a price sticker which read $9.00, I went to checkout and was charged $99, I questioned the staff and was told no that was an error and that they would not honour the ticket price, which I believe is against the consumer rights act. Was also spoken to fairly rudely by the second member of staff. Would not recommend.
Easy to find what I was looking for. Tidy and reasonably well stocked store
Went to the Warehouse yesterday, went to the pet isle but could not find what we had seen on your website. We asked a young lady for help, she got the ladder after checking to see if it was in stock and said carry on with your shopping and I will try and find them. we were down at the toy section and she came looking for us with what we had wanted. Daniel at the 2 degree counter was very helpful to two travellers to your town. He made our experience very easy and provided extra support information to assist us to access the services we needed.
Just want to say a huge thank you to the team at the warehouse Ashburton!! I came in yesterday evening and I had my first experience with low blood pressure in my pregnancy as I was about to go through the check out, I lost my vision and hearing and just felt like I was going to pass out it was a scary experience as I didn't know what was happening and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and to try and help me feel better, i really appreciate the caring and the kindness shown in such a scary moment. Thank you!!
A great range of products! I have bought many things from there over then 6 months I've been in the country. The staff can be somewhat distant and unfriendly at times though which is why I wouldn't give a 5 star review.
Other than needing to ask staff for a key for the bathroom this store is very good in my opinion with mostly friendly staff and i don't normally get charged for plastic bags too. this is one of my favorite stores in the south island for the warehouse
Was it my imagination or is The Warehouse Ashburton downsizing ? There seemed to be less stock and emptier shelves than our last visit. Nevertheless, service was good and friendly and there were lots of discounted items worth considering.
I usually love going In for a quick "random" shopiping spree for cheap items, the Warehouse is great for these. I love the Warehouse, but the Ashburton one is absolutely rubbish. The staff are horrible, don't know how how to find the things I want, sometimes don't even have them in stock, thats not even to mention how blatantly rude they are to customers.
Wouldn't exchange unworn jandels that were the wrong size 40 minutes after purchase. Rude staff member.
