This is my first time here from a friend's recommendation. I came here today and was very satisfied with the level of service and attentiveness. Staffs were friendly and so was the podiatrist, attentive and supportive. He provided me with some tips for my foot solutions, overall very satisfied and next time will bring my family as well.
Our family have been coming to Foot Solutions for many years. The podiatrists have been competent and patient to explain things even to our children about their orthotics and how to strengthen their feet with exercises. The service has also been great from the admin staff, especially Jenny, who has been so helpful and competent in advising us about what shoes will suit us from their in-store range. Very convenient one-stop shop for our feet.
Foot Solutions Ashburton is a great place to go for your podiatary needs. I have been going to this branch for a few years even though it not local for me. The podiatrists take great care in what they do and listen to all your needs. Customer service is exceptional and the range of shoes on offer is great. Would definitely recommend!

Had the most dreadful experience and ended up walking out of the store! Went in for my foot treatment and was asked what I would like done. I said that I would like my feet attended - Ben, who was utterly rude and arrogant, asked me if I wanted my nails cut - I said, of course, I am here for a foot treatment and that normally someone would look at my feet and just do what was necessary. That is their job after all. But Ben, said, well, people like different things done! How hard it is to get a professional treatment on your feet?? I also mentioned at the start that I had brought in my insoles for them to look at, as mentioned by Foot Solutions in their text to me, but Ben said that "he would look at them if he had time!' When I mentioned this to management they were only concerned about whether I had bought my insoles with them, as they are only interested in how much money I have spent with them, not about providing a service to assist me and to look after my feet. No one cared about my feelings and how I was intimidated by a male staff member. Utterly unacceptable. Went over the road to Ashburton Foot Care and had the opposite experience - they couldn't do enough for me and were kind and attentive. This place is revolting, and I was treated like a leper. Don't go there. They just want your cash.
The staff is very nice and professional, they gave me a lot of advise and help me to choose the right shoes for my feet. love this place a lot will definitely come back.
I highly recommended Foot Solutions Ashburton as the podiatrists are very helpful, customer service is great and we are made to feel very welcome here. We are loyal customers to Foot Solutions. The shoes on offer are great for customized orthotics.
100percent recommend, great staff. They helped me with everything, and the custom insole was had helped me with my feet. Overall, great customer service and quality products!!!
