An exceptional hotel with friendly staff and a commitment to hospitality. The rooms are of a very high standard with thoughtfulness for small touches. Well appointed and lovely quality furnishings.nnWell also had the breakfast and the buffet changes a little each day and has a good mix of tradition and innovation.nnLike most hotels their website does not document their rooms or facilities very well so we didn’t know the breakfast was going to be as good as it was.nnThe hotel does not have a business centre, and the room we were in did not have a desk. It has like a dining table but the seats were very low to the table and not well suited to taking an online meeting.
An exceptional stay that truly exemplified the meaning of 5-star service. Every staff member, from front desk to housekeeping, demonstrated genuine warmth and professionalism throughout my stay.nnThe attention to detail was remarkable, particularly at Hearth Restaurant where Luke and Ha made breakfast a highlight each morning. They remembered not just my name but even my preference for a steak knife with my sourdough toast! Luke's thoughtfulness in passing along local information through Ha when he wasn't on shift showed an extraordinary level of personal care.nnRoom service was impressively efficient - meals arrived within 20 minutes, and desserts in just 10! The hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction was particularly evident when there were unexpected roadworks outside. The manager personally investigated the situation and followed up with me, even offering earplugs and calming tea to help me get to sleep - a level of care that went above and beyond.nnI was generously upgraded to a room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Swan River - the views were absolutely breathtaking.nnThank you to all the staff for making my stay an unforgettable experience!
We stayed over at the Ritz for our wedding night and couldn’t be any happier. The view was stunning and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Special thanks to Pasquo the executive assistant manager for going above and beyond to meet our needs and make our stay an even more memorable one. Thank you Ritz Carlton team!
The service was AMAZING!! Greeted by every staff member the whole time with a friendly smile. BIG SHOUT OUT to our waiter Luke at the Hearth, you were wonderful and took care of all our needs! Above and beyond. Pool was wonderful and relaxing, not overly noisy even with kids around us too. The complementary sauna and spa were marvellous and quiet and relaxing. The room was wonderful and the bathroom is elite! The blinds were a bit confusing to work but we got it in the end haha. The buffet breaky was WELL WORTH IT!
Fantastic hotel. The staff were friendly, accommodated my request for an extended checkout. The rooms are gorgeous!nnIn-room dining was seamless. Loved the pasta.nnAnd what a spectacular view! I am attaching a few pics.nnThe breakfast at Hearth was fab!
