Friendly staff all round, very helpful too. Room was pleasant and the pool / gym facilities were decent too. Great room service options too. Right near absolutely everything, should probably book here if you're planning on having a bender at Ferrara karaoke bar then Magnet House. One interesting thing I didn't realise before arriving was the parking situation, valet only. Ended up being fine I just never stay at places so valet forward.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the Novotel Perth Murray Street. I stayed in a King Executive Room, which was spacious, clean and tidy, with some lovely refreshments provided on arrival.nnThe hotel itself is modern and well presented, and the location is very convenient for getting around Perth.nnThe only minor downside was the room temperature. As I stayed during winter, I found the heating could make the room feel a little stuffy and at times it became warmer than comfortable. It would be great to see a little more flexibility or responsiveness with the temperature control to make it easier to maintain a comfortable room temperature.nnOtherwise, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily consider staying again when visiting Perth.
We spent 4 nights at this hotel in April and had a pleasant experience with it. The hotel has a high ceiling hall and reception area which makes it looked spacious and airy with bright natural light which is welcoming.nnRoom is spacious with good layout. And bed is comfortable with the pillows. We had breakfast included in our booking and must say it has a good spread and taste is good too. Staffs are friendly at the restaurant and helpful.nnHotel is just a short walk from city center and we have lots of option for food and shopping. Train station is not that far away via underground walkway . It's a good location and yet at a quiet section of the city.nnPerhaps it is a common practice in Perth, we didnt find any water in the room and only upon checking with front desk then we were told there is free filtered / sparkling water at the bar counter. Guests just need to bring their own bottle to fill up. Perhaps a little notice in the room or a reminder at check in will help the international visitors. We also found the front desk was under-staff at times - or there was no one there on a few occasions.nnOverall, we had a good experience with the stay at the hotel.
I stayed at Novotel Perth Murray Street for 12 nights, with my spouse and child, and overall we had a wonderful experience.nnDuring the first few days, I experienced some housekeeping issues, but after I shared my feedback, the management responded professionally and sincerely. I would especially like to thank Nathan Frost; for taking my concerns seriously and ensuring everything was resolved promptly. His commitment to guest satisfaction truly made a difference.nnI also want to express my appreciation to one of the male front office staff, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. He even went out of his way to find a TV remote so I could watch the FIFA World Cup matches in the lobby. That level of genuine hospitality is something I will always remember.nnThis stay also helped me achieve Accor Platinum status, making the experience even more memorable. Thank you to the entire Novotel Perth Murray Street team for making me feel welcome.nnWhen I return to Perth in the future, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
Great location, walking distance to shops and food. First thing you notice was the perfume in the lobby as you step in. Novotel has a great family friendly policy, allowing up to 2 kids to share the room with free buffet breakfast for the kiddos. Staff were super friendly to my kids, they were each given a little toy for their stay. Rooms clean and service was attentive. Convenient Purezza water point in the lobby was great for filling out bottles. Highly recommended for stays and staycations if you are local.
