We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Perth on Murray Street. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The service throughout our stay was impeccable – every request was handled promptly and with genuine care. My kids were also given a cute little stuffed Koala as a gift which they were excited about!nnThe room was very comfortable and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city and close to everything you could need.nnWhat really stood out was the level of service combined with great value for money. It’s refreshing to find a place that offers such high standards while still being very affordable. Especially the restaurant staff at Miss Mi and the food! AMAZING!nnI would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Novotel Perth on Murray Street to anyone visiting Perth.
We spent 4 nights at this hotel in April and had a pleasant experience with it. The hotel has a high ceiling hall and reception area which makes it looked spacious and airy with bright natural light which is welcoming.nnRoom is spacious with good layout. And bed is comfortable with the pillows. We had breakfast included in our booking and must say it has a good spread and taste is good too. Staffs are friendly at the restaurant and helpful.nnHotel is just a short walk from city center and we have lots of option for food and shopping. Train station is not that far away via underground walkway . It's a good location and yet at a quiet section of the city.nnPerhaps it is a common practice in Perth, we didnt find any water in the room and only upon checking with front desk then we were told there is free filtered / sparkling water at the bar counter. Guests just need to bring their own bottle to fill up. Perhaps a little notice in the room or a reminder at check in will help the international visitors. We also found the front desk was under-staff at times - or there was no one there on a few occasions.nnOverall, we had a good experience with the stay at the hotel.
I recently stayed at Novotel Perth Murray Street and had a wonderful experience.nnThe rooms are exceptionally well-appointed, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The attention to detail in the layout and amenities made for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.nnWhat truly elevated the experience, however, was the outstanding service from the staff. A special mention must go to Shilpa in the restaurant, who deserves top marks for customer service. She consistently greeted guests with a warm smile and demonstrated excellent attention to detail. Her efficiency in clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables was impressive, and she ensured the dining area remained welcoming and perfectly presented at all times.nnIt’s always the people who make the biggest difference, and Shilpa certainly did. I would happily stay again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Perth.
We had a wonderful anniversary stay at Novotel Perth Murray Street.nnAs an ALL – Accor Gold member, we really appreciated the recognition and warm hospitality from the team. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful anniversary gesture, which made our stay even more special.nnThe room was excellent, with a fantastic top-floor city view, and everything was clean, modern, and comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional.nnThank you to the entire team for making our anniversary so memorable. We highly recommend Novotel Perth Murray Street and look forward to staying again.
Friendly staff all round, very helpful too. Room was pleasant and the pool / gym facilities were decent too. Great room service options too. Right near absolutely everything, should probably book here if you're planning on having a bender at Ferrara karaoke bar then Magnet House. One interesting thing I didn't realise before arriving was the parking situation, valet only. Ended up being fine I just never stay at places so valet forward.
