Stayed for three nights with friends and had a great experience. We encountered a small issue with our room, but the team resolved it immediately and upgraded us, which made everyone happy. The customer service was exceptional throughout our stay. The front desk staff were very helpful and housekeeping did a great job. The buffet breakfast also offered plenty of variety. Overall, a really pleasant stay.
Our stay was only for 1 night but it was very comfortable. Our room was upgraded upon arrival and staff were very friendly. The room was a little basic but still nice, bed was very comfortable. The pool was wonderful, it had a good mixture of sun and shade, with also being heated to a lovely temp.
I highly recommend this hotel! Everything was amazing! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, room was clean for the price you pay this place is such a big steal! Booked the hotel to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and the team were kind and definitely made the stay memorable!!!

A bit disappointing it was my 60 th night stay so moved to platinum, no welcome gift as a gold member $200 bond as a member with my card on file never had to ever pay bond before, restaurant wasn't open, pool was out of order on the 35 degree day, QR code for room service would not let me add food, didn't seem booked out and no upgrade offered. However was clean comfortable and great location.
