The hotel is located in the heart of the Perth CBD, across from paid parking. Every staff member we encountered was friendly. The barista coffee was unexpectedly excellent, and the bar snacks that we tried were delicious.nnThe hotel team was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. When we had an issue with our fridge, which was needed to store our toddler's milk, the staff quickly had it fixed within a day.nnThe pool, gym, and sauna are excellent amenities. The pool was the warmest hotel pool I’ve ever used; only recommendation is to advise guests at check in or add signage as we only find it on our last day.nnIf we have the opportunity to visit again, we’d love to stay on a higher floor. Overall, our experience was wonderful, and we’d like to thank the team for making our stay enjoyable.
I had a mobility access room, which was fine. Room was clean. Sheets and towels sanitized. Could do with slightly larger and fluffier pillows Work area in the lobby was great. Perfect set-up for business travelers. The power at one on the big tables was not working though
Everything was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. The 5 of us had a great sleep. The shower water pressure was great, the sauna and steam room were very impressive. The breakfast spread was enjoyable and fresh. The staff were friendly. I love the bar complimentary still and sparkling water for the guest! Everything was awesome!!
Very nice hotel. Thanks to Novotel for our stay. Room was nice. Fridge wasn’t working I asked reception they fixed in less than a day. House keeping so nice and always clean and tidy. We tried some bar snacks the squid, chef knows what they’re doing, and coffee was always good. Just gym door may be broken slams so fast, and no signs to the sauna we only found out last day its in the bathrooms.nGreat stay thank you!
We came from other areas of WA, for a break. Room service was good, all the food was delivered quickly. We would of liked a better parking space, the slots were very small for a SUV. The exits were thin and hard for our big car to get through. Overall good.
