Really great stay – highly recommend!nnStayed at Novotel Perth Murray Street for a few nights and had an awesome experience. The location was super convenient — easy to walk to shops, cafes, and the river. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great view especially loved the river/city view!.nnStaff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. The on-site dining was a pleasant surprise—really good food, especially at [Sen5es/Miss Mi depending on the hotel]. It’s clear that the team here cares about service and guest experience.nnWhether you’re visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Perth!
The hotel is located in the heart of the Perth CBD, across from paid parking. Every staff member we encountered was friendly. The barista coffee was unexpectedly excellent, and the bar snacks that we tried were delicious.nnThe hotel team was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. When we had an issue with our fridge, which was needed to store our toddler's milk, the staff quickly had it fixed within a day.nnThe pool, gym, and sauna are excellent amenities. The pool was the warmest hotel pool I’ve ever used; only recommendation is to advise guests at check in or add signage as we only find it on our last day.nnIf we have the opportunity to visit again, we’d love to stay on a higher floor. Overall, our experience was wonderful, and we’d like to thank the team for making our stay enjoyable.
The hotel is in a perfect location, really in the center of Perth. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The breakfast is delicious and very rich.nWhat is missing in my opinion is the touch and the attention to the customer that you expect from this type of hotel. For example, there is no water bottle in the room and it is not written that the tap water is drinkable and there is a water station at the lobby, but only glasses are available to refill and that is quite inconvenient to bring those in the room.
Such an incredible experience! I took my 2 kids here for mothers day and we where treated like royalty from first stepping in to leaving.. kids ate free for the most amazing breaky *so many options* and the service was the best I have experienced. Everyone was so welcoming and beautiful! The bed was so comfy I could have stayed in it all day! The heated pool was a win for the kids and the late check out was a win for me! Thank you to the team there for making my mothers day so memorable
