One of the most horrible things I have seen in the block, the worst part about it is it itself.
FIVE STARS FOR QUIRKINESS IN PUBLIC ART This is literally a giant clam shell purse that you can either puzzle over, admire, sit on or photograph. It's right in front of the Melbourne GPO building which is now a H&M clothing store in the Bourke Street mall.
Good place to listen music....
