Unfortunately I visit hospitals quite a lot due to injury’s. Today I have experienced the best bedside manner and the most bright and positive attitudes I have ever experienced. Karen and Bridget in ED have made this visit a very pleasurable experience. Extremely impressed, great work guys
My recent visit for lung surgery was 5x star. The nurses, doctors gave me exceptional care and cannot thank the all enough in ward 2A. Only downside a lot of my hot meals arrived cold and due to that uneatable. Detail needs to be given to main meals arrive hot enough to be eatable. But still give 5x star
Brilliant hospital. The outpatient dept runs almost to time, the parking cost isn't excessive, the coffee is good, and the clinical staff are excellent. It's quite a drive from my home, but the experience was so much better than I am used to locally. Outstanding service.
My husband recently underwent an emergency Triple Heart Bypass under the care of Dr. Bruce Thomson. No words can express our gratitude to the highly skilled Dr. Thomson, the Surgical Team, Pharmacy, Allied Health and the many nurses who looked after him during his 2 week stay. Everyone was absolutely amazing ... and went over and above what we expected from them. Thank you Prince Charles Hospital ... you are all dedicated, caring, efficient people doing an amazing job dealing with a huge number of patients, under sometimes very stressful conditions! Well done!
Recently I was admitted to the TPCH and had a 3 night stay in ward 2a. All of the clinical and support services staff were polite, attentive, and professional. I am very grateful for their caring service.
I had an angiogram and stent placement done here. From the first contact, communications the cardiologist himself called me to discuss the options everything was done efficiently and quickly. No long waiting, nurses were friendly and professional, I was well treated and kept informed about the next steps. We hear so much about problems with public health but this was a 6 out of 5 star experience. A big thank you to all staff involved.
Brilliant service. Had to go to the emergency ward. Everything was very efficient from the nurses at reception, the doctors, X-ray department and then physio. Friendly, smiling and helpful.
Absolutely amazing staff within the ED, short stay. Cannot praise them enough. So caring, friendly, professional and compassionate. The staff were dealing with such an overload of patients but still managed to give 100% care. Was so impressed with the way staff also dealt with a very rude demanding patient. Not once were they anything but polite. Thankyou to everyone. Keep up the amazing work.
I accompanied a friend to the Emergency Department. The staff were very friendly, fast and efficient. My friend was attended to in a very timely manner, and after her treatment was completed, we were able to go home.
Having spent, just 8 hrs in Ed with my daughter. IM disgusted in the "mood" of some staff. ITS now nearly 5 hrs waiting on an ultrasound report, which took 3hrs after being told 1pm time. AND the dismissal of chronic pain cases and flair ups. AS well as servere pelvis pain. MY first visit here and over all not impressed. @qldhealth as let down the staff hospitals and patient's.
