Doctor was exceptional at Chermside, late appointment 9.10pm. He was thorough attentive, I'm very happy and impressed. Will be recommending the clinic. After hours service was so valuable to me, no emergency department waiting! He was on time also! Fantastic service
I've been coming here for my son's checkups and I really like the doctors here. Staff is great and we always feel welcome. Easy to make an appointment online or over the phone. Truly an amazing hosiptal with some of the best doctors and nurses in the medical field. Thank you SmartClinics Chermside Family Medical Centre!
The extended hours meant that I could see a doctor until 9.30pm which was so necessary. The doctor I saw was such a lovely compassionate person and I had complete confidence in his diagnosis. I would highly recommend this clinic.
Everything is good doctors are also very experienced. But the main problem is not value of time. Every time I reached there on time but doctor called to patient half or one hour late from appointment time and little expensive for who’s don’t have medicare card.
They care about you. The Doctors will walk you through everything and take the time to understand your journey and make you feel like the most important person they see. I feel like visiting family when i go there.
The clinic was nicely laid out and very inviting. The staff were extremely friendly and so was the doctor we saw. She was very thorough and easy to talk to. Good Covid procedures in place also. All up, a very good doctor experience. I would recommend this practice.
