What a cool little place! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the most bubbly, friendly staff, taken to our seats given a run down on the menu and made to feel so welcome! It has such a cool vibe, beer and food.. amazing! After experiencing many cool craft beer bars when I lived in the states, I’m always on the look out back home, and this place took me right back to some of my favorite places in the USA. We will definitely be back! May even be our new favorite date night venue!
Good, tasty pub food. I had the chicken wing/beer special. 1kg wings and a choice from a good number of beers. The Manager there was awesome. New her stuff and was really helpful. A great choice of beers on tap, as well as pre-packaged. Will be back.
What can I say, there’s not another place that’s quite like it in Newy or surrounds. Small bar vibes with a big heart. We keep on coming back due to the great food thats served in generous portions, a great variety of beers and cocktails that changes regularly and super friendly staff. Never seen such a great variety of regular live gigs and local artists. We’ve recommended it to friends and they’re now raving fans too. Give it a go
Came for a couple of bevvies and a meal and didn’t leave disappointed. The Tilse Cider certainly hit the spot, so did the Missus’ cocktail! I’ve booked a table for a tasting session with some mates for next weekend already!
Craft beers on tap for $12 and decent food set in a 60's original bar, right in the main strip. Weekdays are chilled. Ask who owns the building.

What a good place to get a good wet drink down your throat in good ol' Maitland! After a smouldering hot day there can't be anything better than a nice cold flavour filled brew! the Pour House has a great range of craft brews on tap and a rotating fridge full of imported and local craft brews! Give it a whirl and have a slice of wonder juice at the Pour House! Oh and yes they have great beer food to accompany the golden nectar!
Fantastic service, great beer and food. Cocktails are amazing and the new Whisky room is a wonderful addition.
Great small pub in Maitland live music with all craft beers ,very good night
Absolutely amazing place best food in town. Amazing atmosphere always good bands playing will 100% be here again
