I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Aussie is a brilliant instructor, the studio is modern and inviting, and the session itself was so thorough; so many different options of workouts to choose from!
I am surprised that there are not many reviews of this beautiful place but I guess everyone who has been to the place knows how great the place is. There are so many good things about the place. I have done yoga and Pilates for quite some time so I have been to a different studios. I must say this studio is the best for many reasons. Firstly, Aussie is an excellent instructor. He is very friendly and has great sense of humour. He is so experienced. He always asks each student how they feel on the day and will modify the exercises for each person. I don't know how he can manage that for each student but it shows how experienced and organised he is. I have trained with many instructors but by far he is the best. If someone injured their leg, Aussie can still help them work out if someone has a sore back or wrist or pain in one shoulder, he will modify exercises to keep the body going. He is amazing. Many times when my back pain flared up, I chose going to his class instead of going to a physio. I always felt so much better afterwards. It is pretty special to me that he understands and helps me activate right support muscles to manage the pain. If it was not him, I might have to rely on so many pain killers and perhaps surgery in the long run. I now manage the pain to keep it under control, I learn how to sit, walk and keep good posture. You will notice that students in the studio have very good forms when they exercise. He trains us very well. I can go on and on about his expertise but let me move on to the students :. I train with many lovely ladies and men. They are very friendly and have good sense of humour as well. Have you seen a 93 years old or an 83 years old lady doing reformer pilates! I love going to the studio to work out and to see them. Everytime I see them, I am more motivated and positive that I will grow up to be like them. You may now see why this studio is very special. Going there is not only good for my physical body but also for my mental health. To me this place is the community! The reformers machines are of top quality. I have done reformer pilates at some other places so I had a chance to use different machines. The machines at this studio is the best ones. I really appreciate how Aussie invests in such good reformers made by a Queenslander as well. The place is clean and smells lovely. I enjoy doing workout but I do not want to look so red and out of breath. Reformer pilates is excellent form of resistance. With different levels of resistance, every muscle in my body works and it works hard!!! I see changes to my body shape like never before. My whole body gets strengthened. If I want cardio, Aussie has so many ways to help. A jump board is just one out of many ways to get my heart rate up in no time :. Great cardio with less stress on joints and muscles. We also work with a Wunda chair. It is a very versatile equipment. Bonus it looks cute! Swiss balls, mats, weights, rubber bands, and other springs...I never feel bored when I train with Aussie :. I highly recommend this place! Thank you Aussie for helping so many of us in so many ways!
