So so disappointing. Definitely the last straw for me. Waited over an hour to still not see a physio. Had to leave because who schedules an hour and a half for a physio appointment!!!! This is not the first time I have waited long durations and have had many better experiences elsewhere. Sorry team at Prohealth, you’re lovely but just not worth the wait!
Had a missed call at 7:30am on day of 8:20am appointment and tried to return the call via the number provided. Got through to someone in Queensland called Matt who said he didn’t know who left the message and that he was just a messaging service for the doctors and couldn’t help, he also said it was about to be his “knock off” time further demonstrating his level of care. I messaged the number from the missed call back asking for my call to be returned and missed the return call by two minutes and was advised again to contact same number via text. Called same number and was redirected to the clinic still no idea which one as I had two different appointments fro Pro Health on the same day. I was then put through to an IVR message stating clinic was closed even though it was after 8am and website states clinic as being open. Again sent text asking for someone to contact and if phone not answered to leave a message with details of where I could actually speak to someone. Finally I received a call from Rebecca who advised 8:20am appointment was cancelled at 8:11am when I was already on my way. Appointment wasn’t cancelled in my app and none of the messages stated what service or which appointment was cancelled. This was to be my first appointment at this physio but due to the poor communication and lack of accountability in ensuring this communication issue is resolved for future instances I won’t be going back. I understand that sometimes things change and are not within a clinics control however clear and timely communication are both reasonable and easily achieved expectations of decent customer service. Extremely disappointed in this service.
I'm so pleased with the results of the treatment received at Pro Physio, my condition is improving, really starting to feel good. Harry, thanks so much for your care.
