Attention to detail by extremely well qualified staff with an emphasis on strength analysis and training to resolve long term problems. I had a truly remarkable recovery from a cycling accident involving a grade 3 AC joint dislocation. As a result of the gym program which Dave developed and supervised I was able to completely avoid surgery and get back on the bike. Highly recommended.

Both physios at Form are fantastic! Very professional and extremely thorough. You can tell they are very passionate about what they do, it really shows. The setting is also wonderful, very spacious and beautifully designed. They have been brilliant at rehabilitating my knee and hamstring injuries, allowing me to get back to running in no time! Definitely recommended!

Would definitely recommend and have recommended many of my friends! Toby and Dave have created a delightful space to be in and the manner in which they practice physio (from initial consult, giving you exercises that are easily incorporated into your daily activity, through to enabling you to manage rehab yourself i.e. not needing to see them all the time/again) make Form Physio a standout from the other physios I have seen. I am actually worried about finding a new physio when I move interstate...they have set a very high standard!!

I cannot recommend Form Physiotherapy highly enough! Having seen many specialists for my back over many years with no particular success, I had resigned myself to living with ongoing pain. However, with Dave's support my life has changed in a substantial way; I am stronger and healthier than I have ever been and my life no longer revolves around ensuring I only participate in activities that won't upset my back further. Before attending Form I struggled to sit, stand or lie down for too long, I struggled to twist, to bend down, to reach up, to lift, to walk up stairs, to move faster than a walk, even to sleep under quilts that were too heavy! You name it, it hurt! Pain was a constant part of my life and it dictated so many of the choices that I made. Since working with Dave I have a better understanding of pain and what it means, as well as a greater appreciation of my body and what it is capable of; I go to the gym four days a week and delight in my growing strength and increased capacity. My life changed profoundly over my visits to Form and I feel deeply appreciative. Many thanks!

As a high level athlete for almost 6 years and experience with physiotherapists all over Adelaide, I have found the team at Form to be the best by far. An ethical - minimal visit - approach won't leave you feeling exploited and their knowledge of pain in general will leave you feeling confident about the outcome. Cannot recommend them more for anything from a bike fit to general strength and conditioning.
