The food especially the seafood chowder is to die for. The team were so amazing that when I went last week I noticed the recipe for the chowder had changed, it was nice but not phenomenal as I was used to. I gave feed back to the attentive staff and they said they would bring back the old recipe, so I went again tonight spontaneously and of course the amazing version of this must try seafood chowder was back on the menu. I highly recommend dining here and if your not a fan of seafood then the cocktails are moreish, delicious and super cheap at only $10 each. Will dine here at least once a month and will bring all the special people in my life to celebrate special occassions. Thankyou so much to the owner, the chefs and the rest of the amazing team.
What a wonderful evening, a night out with my Mum and Dad and we were so well looked after, shared a laugh or two with the staff and dined on the most beautiful 3 course meal served at a lovely leisurely pace and Dad got to see the rugby. We need to make a special mention to Samatha who is a student who we didn't get to meet but who spends time in the kitchen making the weekly dessert special. Has to be one of the best cheesecakes we've had in a long time. Thank you to the whole team, helping us create memories
Fantastic service. We were celebrating a birthday. No faults in the food that we all picked. Would recommend. We didn't have a Birthday Cake. They made us all a dessert , the birthday girl enjoyed every mouthful. Just be careful when ordering a wine. Small pour 150 double the price for 250. Looking around $19.
Went there for lunch without any prior knowledge. It was quiet but still had a vibe. Quite a few eating and drinking outside in the covered area. There were are few seated inside. We sat down at a table for two and we're immediately greeted by staff who asked if we would like a drink. The wine and beer selection is great. I ordered the marinated crispy southern style Chicken burger with bacon and pickle mango chutney with a side of fries. The burger was absolutely delicious!!!. I will be back so very soon. Keep up the great work. Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten and vegan options
Super delicious food, friendly, quick professional service, relaxing jazz music and clean restaurant. Delicious milkshakes. Love the unique style and decor. Very pleased going for lunch there visiting from Wellington.Food: 5/5
Great place to eat! Staff were so good and friendly! Steak sandwich was delicious and so was the pork belly, Fried chicken and garlic bread! Would definitely go back.
We came to The Pedal Pusher Addington between Fast 5 Netball games with a tight turn around time to get back to the games. They served us quickly knowing this and were super helpful and friendly. The food came out really quickly and tasted delicious on top of that and made it back in plenty of time to watch the game. Highly recommended this place! Dietary restrictions: Great options for my friend with coeliacs. Talked through the options for her and made sure everything was prepared safely.
Arrived at 6:30 and paid for drinks and food. 15 mins after paying get told that they aren’t making cocktails so replace with a wine, no worries. Ordered wedges, flat bread and pop corn chicken. After waiting for half an hour get told that the wedges have run out and replaced by chips. No refund or offer of the difference. After an hour and a half still no flat bread and popcorn chicken has arrived. When asking staff they advise they run out 1 hour ago. What a severe waste of time and terrible service. Never going back
Why take bookings that cannot be fulfilled? We understood it was busy but after finally being seated and after 3 tries of getting our order in we wound up leaving in order to get to our event. We were not the only ones who left without getting any service or food, I counted around 5 other groups who walked out after waiting too long. Being encouraged to buy overpriced drinks and then witnessing bickering between staff and unsatisfied customers means the whole experience was disappointing. Such a shame as it used to be a great wee place to go. Do not recommend this place at all, will not be going back.
We usually love this place but Unfortunately we waited over an hour for a meal we didn't receive. We ran out of time and had to leave When we asked how long it would be was told that other people had been waiting longer. The table next to us came in much later than us but received their meal within about half an hour if that. Also very cramped. We had to move the table in and out so we could get into our seats without bumping the people sitting behind us. Yes i know it was busy but overall Pretty disappointing. Just badly managed and over booked. I felt for the staff that were working tho. They seemed a little stressed.
