Had a fabulous facial with Lisa ! So bought a package of 3 additional facials plus product hydropeptide range. Unfortunately I had to move back to sydney due to family reasons. I have had issues getting the value of $300 returned for product rather than service! #greed #poorcustomerservice #accc. she not only does not follow RRP pricing its a rip off. no doubt she will delete this post. Poor ownership and no customer service, Vanessa!! the phone is never answered, when you leave a message they never return claiming "there are no problems with their phones"...... do not waste your money!!! rip off and bad service.
