Took nearly 3 weeks to deliver an item. Upon checking up on them it was said there was a leave it note left, which it was not. 20 minutes on the phone and I had no luck connecting to anyone. When I then drove to the depot I was told the package was out for delivery... Something on their system doesn't work, the recipient sure is not kept up to date. The lady in the front office was a real pleasure to deal with.
Online order for sport shoes got to the Whangarei depot and missing/stolen internally from there. Phone was answered once in about 13-15 calls - they said they would get straight back to me and never did. Do not answer emails. Worst courier service I have ever had. Don't deserve one star. Can't be bothered reporting a theft to the police.
Still waiting for a package three weeks later. Missing and they keep saying it will arrive in the next few days. Orders from china are coming before I get a delivery from The South Island with pbt, even though they were ordered after this order.
For the third time my courier package was displaced. No response after inquiring. I had to pick up the damaged parcel in person. Won’t recommend Whangarei branch if you rely on delivery…..
Ordered a consignment for a customer two weeks ago, no sign of the package, tracking website doesn't know, nobody picking up the phone, hold music is an abrupt 20 second loop surely designed to make you hang up. Absolutely abysmal
No stars really. Just shocking. Nothing else to say.. I knew Covid had stuffed things up but I didn't particularly realize it had actually made courier companies even worse than they already were. Their delay has halted my house build.
Worst freight/courier company ever. Lost our parcel, shocking protocols within the Logistics industries- speaking from experience as a logistics manager. Never use them.
Package says it's in there depot usually takes them 5 days to deliver it. Says there open I drove to depot to find there closed should update your page with times
So hard to get hold of. Supposedly calling direct but it wasn't and I got the run around abit and then finally got cut off after an hour while still waiting. You need to be able to phone and get someone st the depot office. Frustrating......
Terrible, got a present for my wife yesterday I put the tracking number in to see where the package is and its last update says it was with the delivery driver, this was at 7:00-8:00am this morning, no sign of the delivery driver at all today, Tikipunga is not far from the WHG PBT depot, must've been too keen for the weekend, Monday it is I guess.
