I have dealt with Taylor and co-worker before. They were excellent. Kept In touch, advised of delivery time and did exactly as I asked in regards to security of the parcel. They were very friendly, helpful and courteous. Really appreciated the service, above & beyond! Thankyou.

Had an generator that required urgent overnight to Hastings and with no questions asked Cass managed to make this happen not to mention it cost me next to nothing! I couldn't recommend a better truck company especially during these hard times. Extremely grateful for her help

MaInfreight unable to deliver dryer to home as nobody home. I went  to Whangarei Mainfreight, spoke to efficient receptionist who spoke to the appropriate person and within five minutes the dryer was on my trailer. All done with a smile and good energy.

Had a parcel sent via Mainfreight, Auckland to northland 4 hours drive after a week still no package.  speaking with the receptionist at the whangarei branch and finding out it’s been sitting there, They promised me it would be here the next day. Still nothing. Not too happy.

Rob the driver around OTP has been so good to deal with on multiple occassions. Each time I've been contacted with approx time of delivery. He was incredibly flexible with a couch that was due to be delivered but needed to be redirected and postponed. Just super easy and proactive. Thanks heaps!

Just had my item delivered.  Received a phone call yesterday advising of approx time.  They arrived within the stipulated time and were very courteous and obliging.  They unpacked the item for us and took away the packaging.  Great guys and a big thank you to Mainfreight.

Very poor service waited for my washer to be delivered for weeks to find out that the driver delivered to the wrong address when I wasn't home and it had been sitting at the depot with no follow up phone call I had to take a day off for the delivery, why do customers need to work our lives around a service that is getting paid for you should be working to suit the customer they were suppose to ring 2 days prior for delivery instructions rung same day, when at gate Driver never came down the drive, instead sent his junior in to do the job and Tyson is the only reason for the 1 star If all your employees were like him you would be getting a lot more Tyson was polite, helpful and went above and beyond This young lad should be training the rest of your staff on how to provide not just good but great customer service

Not even worth the 1 star... Had a carseat from farmers due to be delivered said he would be here between 10:30-11:30 he messaged this to me at 9am, I didn't see it until 10am which I replied back straight away that's fine then I get a call from him that he hasn't bothered to come out here and he's already half way back to his depo. Unbelievable. You pay for a delivery service and they can't even seem to carry out the delivery. Slack.

Good, not great on this ocassion.  Large parcel 40kg I was waiting for was marked fragile but the box still showed symptoms of harsh handling. Holes and rips in the carton reflected some aggressive handling, and the top panel had been fully lifted/opened at some stage in its three week journey the length of New Zealand.  Track and track st stem worked awesomely well. The final delivery person was efficient and effective in the final delivery. Although he was such an awesome guy; it is apparent the Mainfreight administration put delivery drivers under some extreme delivery pressures.

Was here to drop off a package, booked an appointment. When arrived, the lady at the entrance was just rude and asked to stand outside. The person just had lack of warmness to greet and just straight disrespect the way she said it.  She sends a guy to me..  Anyway, he said there's no paperwork. How did someone from the same office booked an appointment for me to come in and gave me a tracking number when there's no paperwork? He asked me to wait in my car at the customer park and someone would come to collect it. I waited for 30 minutes and someone on the operator stops by to ask why I am waiting there.. says there's no communication that I was waiting to drop off the package. The same guy talks to someone else on the radio saying it's all ****** up and just leaves me there! I waited for a little longer and called the front desk and she tells me to just wait mate, and sends the guy on the operator to pick up. Anyway it felt like I was working for them the whole time while it's the other way around. Terrible customer service and absolute wastage of my time..
