Story

The Parlor is a family run and inviting cafe situated in the heart of Bayside, run by two driven and passionate young women, Tamare Kara and Bonne Squires, who have been friends/god-sisters for over 25 years.

The cafe began in September 2011 and continues to grow and thrive on the laid-back Beaumaris street. Hidden between the houses of Weatherall Rd, "The Parlor Milkbar & Kitchen is gaining the reputation as the cool place to have a bite or coffee", the food is fresh, easy to love and hard to share, the coffee is great and the customer service is exceptional.

With room to accommodate larger groups or families, The Parlor is quickly gaining a special spot in the people of Bayside's hearts.

A great, tucked away gem that serves great coffee (in a bowl - heaven) with non pretentious wait staff and excellent ambience. Prices are at the upper end but well worthwhile for the generous portions and innovative menu. Outside a tad squishy.

Had the baked eggs and steak sandwich here which wasn't really good. But when I turn around and look at what others have ordered. I must have thought this isn't my day. Everyone else's food look amazing! 
It's a great place to hang. Awesome bright natural lights with a nice outdoor dining area. I will come back again. That's for sure. 

Came back to this place and had the French toast. Awesome stuff!

Delicious menu.. not enough time and stomach space to try them all.. will be back.

Nice location. Pleasant staff. Coffee didn't have much flavour. Food okay, but not inspiring.
