The lady is super friendly and helpful, gave me good opinions about the invitation cards. And they have a lot more options than Dymocks. Best place in Sydney.

My order came in sooner than expected. It was very well wrapped to prevent damage. They put in a little gift which was very thoughtful. The product itself - writing paper with envelopes - is just beautiful and of amazing quality. Ordering this on their website was easy since they have a clear and good working website.

Purchased writing paper and envelopes to try my hand at crafting letters that aren't on a screen. The selection was excellent, and I received my goods promptly with excellent packaging. I appreciated their attention to detail with the quality of the packing and goods received. Highly recommended seller.

I do not recommend their card/ envelopes. They don't stick; considering the price $30 for a pack of 10 thank you cards!!! you pay got their products you would at the very least expect they would serve their purpose and stick. Pretty poor customer service from the owner too. 3 week's now still waiting for him to get back to me with a resolution to my complaint.  Should have gone to David Jones, better customer service and would have resolved my problem on the spot.

Lovely place in the city corner that is very convenient for me to visit during my work break. Great for finding elegant gifts for your circle, with a variety of cards and decor alike. Staff are excellent and wonderfully serviceable, and one is quite cute. Overall, good for quality paper sorts as it's name suggests, with many imported from overseas areas like Italy.

I was so impressed with the Paper Place! I needed envelopes for wedding invitations ASAP, and after ordering the Paper Place had dispatched them within a couple of hours. They arrived on time and they were beautiful, exactly what we wanted. The right size, colour and type of paper. Thank you Paper Place!

I ordered a journal advertised on their website and didn’t receive what was advertised. I ordered online as I live in WA and when I complained, all they “could do” was give a refund if I returned, I couldn’t return as I needed it for Christmas Day, refused to give me any kind of discount on the journal. Oh and it cost $125! So I will not be purchasing from them again. Highly disappointed
