A really nice shopping mall with many boutique shops and also large department stores. A really nice food court. Movie Theatres. Plenty of parking and easily accessible.

Great bars and cafes at front. Great cinema complex. Good range of shops. Slippery floors!! Be Very Careful!!

For the most part great atmosphere. Really good food, you can take your kids. Unfortunately the 2degrees store gives really bad customer service. If you are not going to benefit their commission they don't care about you.

Great for a midsized mall. Has everything it needs and a great food court. Parking is always easy

Reasonably clean but toilet by ASB BANK opens when you don't want it too.
Be aware two recently caught litterly with their pants down ad door opens automatically after only 5 minutes.

Not enough signage to tell people one way only when parking . Almost got hit by car coming behind me.

Other than dodging paedophiles the place is friendly, staff  are courteous and shopping is good.
Security is good so a plus Mark for the Palms.
