First show here and it was absolutely awesome. Its quite big but actually has a very intimate feel. Cute little tables to sit at, floor seats or bench seats if your in a big group. Cant wait to go back. There is a bar & toilet facilities and you can order drinks during the show. Would give it 10 stars if i could. Located up the escalators behind the nightclubs.

The palms is a great facility. Seating for live bands and shows. Drink prices at marketpricing and premixed have a fair range. They also offer in seat drink orders with delivery to your seat. We have been at the venue for 3 different shows and each time we have enjoyed our time.

First timers at this venue to see our adored #HSCC @hindleystreetcountryclub, a band that made @dictatorDan  insane lockdowns and homeschooling 4 kids tolerable. Great sound; bar access; friendly staff. A little squishy with our chairs pointing the wrong way on a heavily trafficked aisle: we know better for next time. Thanks Con & the Club - great night!!

One of the best venues in Melbourne to enjoy a live show with great seating and views of the performing artists on stage. Table drinks service is really great in theatre without a need to leave your seating. The shows at The Palms are great value as you sometimes do not have to go to Las Vegas or anywhere in the world see a show, as these artists come to The Palms to perform . World class . Great night out and entertaining. Nearby restaurants and many other entertainment in the same complex. If the music takes you during a show ,dancing in the aisles is allowed

The Palms is not the relaxing room to move venue to enjoy a show that is suggested on their website. People are packed in when its a popular show. Maybe they need to put their prices up and limit numbers...otherwise don't advertise its a comfortable space to enjoy a show. Would be interesting to know the rooms official capacity as im sure its exceeded.

We were entertained by Anthony Callea Sat 22 Oct. His album launch for 40 Love.  He is well worth a watch. A great entertainer, amazing voice, funny anecdotes and an engaging natural stage performer. Looking out for his next concert!

Fun place despite being located in the middle of a casino. While the stage is quite big, it feels very intimate and has a wonderful atmosphere. The staff very on the ball and nice.

I like this venue,staff are great BUT the seating is really poorly designed. The venue squeezes chairs in between booth seats and the balcony seats making it impossible to exit your seats and move freely around because the walkway is blocked by too many seats. My elderly mother couldn’t go to the toilet during the show because the walkway was blocked by seats. Will never purchase balcony or booth seating again.

First visit yesterday, fabulous venue, floor staff amazing, need more Toilets and more POS for the bars, staff were not prepared for the interval, didn't even have champagne glasses or ice to serve ready when everyone rushed out. There was no rush at all by the staff who were so slow in filling orders.

Went to see the Legends Concert on its first night Great show and so much fun. Stage was a bit snug and alot of people was seated very close to each other and that was the premium seats... you would think premium seats would be the best ones but sadly not comfy at all! The show I loved though... Elvis was GR8!
