Fantastic service from beginning to end. The staff were extremely diligent, opting to see me multiple times in addition to the remote monitoring to ensure everything was going as planned. Whenever I needed an appointment due to a button coming off etc. I was able to see them quickly, often the next day. I felt in safe hands the whole time. I couldn’t recommend them more!
I've just finished my Invisalign treatment under the care of Dr Baisi and all the staff at TOP, it's been a wonderful experience the whole way through. They work to ensure the best possible results, and I've always been well looked after at every appointment. The clinic is well run, and the staff are always friendly and happy to answer my questions. During covid lockdowns they made sure I could keep to the treatment schedule, and supplied the necessary retainer updates and consumables for them.
I can't recommend the Ortho Practice team highly enough. They go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your smile. Everyone in the team is supportive, informative and you know you're getting the best treatment. As an adult I was a bit nervous about having orthodontic treatment, but it has been the best investment made possible by the wonderful team. I am delighted with my new smile, and I'm sure I'll be back with my daughters in a few years' time.

I have had a very positive experience with The Ortho Practice under the care of Dr Theo Baisi. I am a male in my 50s who has struggled with a broken tooth for many years, before biting the bullet so to speak and having an extraction followed by an Invisalign treatment. Great service here staff made it really easy and comfortable. My sister had her braces done here and I was amaze with the results. She recommended that I see Doctor Baisi for an Invisalign consultation. I got it done and roughly a year later I have a wonderful smile, a great bite and heaps of compliments!
