I called the PC Doctor this morning just before 11.00 as I had a problem opening some Excel work books. Kathy arranged for remote support to call me at 1.00pm. I got a call from Carlos at 12.30pm which was great. He got my problem sorted quite quickly and I am delighted. Thank you Kathy and Carlos.

My request for assistance was politely and promptly provided. The tech (Cameron) was very knowledgeable and displayed a pleasant and trustworthy manner.  The work on our computer was completed in a timely manner and explained to us. I would use an recommend this service again.

I had an urgent need for assistance with my old PC.  Ben came and fixed it within 90 minutes .  Service to my complete satisfaction. It was a good result.  PC doctor have since followed up .  Pleased to endorse and recommend.

Incredible service. Super fast response and fixed our laptop issue really quickly via remote access. Definitely use again rather than me spending time Googling endless forums!

The Original PC doctor's service was fast and efficient. A technician arrived within a couple of hours of contacting them. Joseph was able to have my PC working again in a short time. He helped me with a few other things to have my PC working efficiently after the initial problem was sorted.
