The Optimal Health Lab is getting scientific sports and rehabilitative medicine into our Diamond Valley community. Inside our clinic we house an expert team of allied health practitioners creating a management program to achieve your optimal functioning. Using our onsite ‘Strength Lab’, which is combining the best of Clinical Pilates, rehabilitation and gym equipment, your rehabilitation needs are meet without leaving the building. Come talk to the experts about your injuries, pains and/or achieving your health goals.

I injured my back trying to move heavy garden produce.  I was in absolute agony.  A friend recommended Lauren Campbell at The Optimal Health Lab and I have just improved each time I have seen her. In just a week I am able to bend and walk again.
I cannot recommend Lauren highly enough.  I have been to many physiotherapists over my many years but none have come close to Lauren.

Lauren has put together a great team of people & an amazing Pilates Strength Lab. It really is enjoyable to come along and exercise under  the guidance of Physio’s.

Lauren has helped me manage a very long standing injury and I am no longer in any pain! She is extremely skilled, highly professional and always thorough! Highly recommend!!!

Lauren understood the rigours of training in full time dance, and helped me to keep my body strong enough to finish my full time training. Now, we are working together to maintain my strength to continue dancing professionally. Having seen a multitude of other health professionals, it is refreshing to have Lauren's knowledge and understanding of dance shape my training and rehabilitation.
