I can honestly not recommend Chong highly enough! So professional and knowledgeable! I walked in in such pain and limping, and walked out feeling so much better! After 4 sessions and continuing with excersises he has given me , I can sleep and walk without pain. He is really fantastic! I saw Chong for lower back pain due to prolonged sitting at work and he completely sorted it within a few sessions. Superb care and friendly service with a high level of professionalism. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

I would highly recommend Mr Chong Yao to my friends and family.  I experienced a sudden episode of BPPV benign paroxysmal positional vertigo and was successfully treated by Mr Chong with one visit. A follow-up visit confirmed that treatment was successful.  I found Mr Chong very professional in his manner and treatment, he explained my condition and proceeded gently throughout his treatment. He was punctual, engaging and easy to talk to, and his reception staff were so friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and car parking was accessible from Bolton Street. I get to know Chong from a friend. I had shoulder and fingers arthritis pain. He did 4 times massage and needles. Also some exercise for my fingers. Now l feel much better. Highly recommended.

Chong is the best physiotherapist I have seen in many years. After two appointments, my postnatal lower back pain is gone! I was amazed by the remarkable result and continued seeing Chong for shoulder and neck pain. He is an extraordinary physiotherapist and excellent at his work. I would highly recommend Chong to anyone who's in pain and needs help.

I had not tried dry needling before, and was a little hesitent, but the results were remarkable! My back pain was alleviated the next day after each visit. Chong is very understanding and easy to get a long with, and best of all he doesn't string you along with unending consultations like most physiotherapists.

During 2020 working from home I developed severe pain in my arm and wrist due to an incorrect home office setup and working long and odd hours. Chong helped to understand the problem in more detail and was able to successfully treat the issue and provide exercises to relieve ongoing pain. I've recommended his professional services to several of my family and friends and would use Preeminent Physio again if/when needed.

I've never had the need to visit a Physiotherapist before, but a recent lower back injury left me pretty much immobile.  I searched for a Physio in the local Eltham area selected Preeminent Physio based on solid reviews.  I can defintely validate these reviews - Chong is a great Physiotherapist who did just what was needed to get me moving freely again.  Thanks again Chong!
