My family and I have been seeing Dr Mags since she took over the practice. Dr Mags has been there through 2 of my 3 pregnancies and kept on top of the issues that arose with each of these. She and the other doctors we have seen over the years have been more than professional and the receptionist have been very helpful. It was due to the strong relationship we have built that despite moving away last year it is Dr Mags that we continue to turn to when we have concerns about our health. It has been comforting to know that we are receiving the best possible care with the best interests of our children and family front of mind.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Ben. Despite booking an appointment in advance and clearly explaining the reason for my visit to the receptionist, I ended up waiting an extra half an hour past my scheduled time. When I finally saw Dr. Ben, the appointment lasted only two minutes. He informed me that he didn't have time to perform the necessary treatment and advised me to book another appointment.nnThis was incredibly frustrating, especially since I was charged $102 for the appointment, despite not receiving any treatment. I feel that this was very unprofessional and reflects poorly on the clinic's management of patient care.nnI cannot recommend this clinic to anyone based on my experience. It feels like they are more interested in charging fees than providing proper medical care.

Awesome practice with Doctors who care about the holistic health of their patients and are very thorough and professional.  It is great that you can wait outside with kids and they will call you in when ready to avoid germs, especially when you have a new baby.nnSometimes the wait can be a bit longer which is unavoidable but the receptionists are very helpful in advising wait times and happy if you want to quickly run an errand in Town Square  in the meanwhile.

Highly recommend Oaktree Family Medical. The reception greet you with a smile and understanding. I just had my 6 month old baby get his needles and Nurse Tracy makes you feel comfortable and helps you through calming your poor lil bubba. I would love to just recommend one of the doctors that is provided for my family to see but all of the Doctors are professional and well trained. The Oaktree always makes you feel part of their family
