Sinead and her team were absolutely amazing. It was such an effortless and easy process to meet her and her team to create my perfect bouquet. All the arrangements were so stunning even down to the fine detail of ribbon around the pin on corsages. The flowers were fresh and the quality was excellent. The Lush lily provides such an amazing and affordable service, and put even the most stressed brides me at ease. Delivery was friendly, efficient and with a smile and I was just blown away by their beauty. Thank you for being so amazing to work with, and really making our day so very special in every aspect. The team at The Lush Lily went above and beyond for our wedding a few weeks ago. From the very first meeting I felt totally comfortable and trusted that they understood my vision and anything was possible.  On the day, I was in total awe and so in love with all of the amazing flowers that were used to decorate our ceremony and reception. We used Lush Lily Carindale for our wedding flowers and they were amazing. I had a vision of what I wanted the flowers to look like and they just nailed the brief and really helped us create it for our special day. In terms of value, cannot be beaten, they also adapted their package to suit our numbers as well which will great. Pick up was problem free, and the flowers just really popped in the wedding pics. Thank you so much ladies!

Highly recommend the Lush Lily for wedding bouquets. Sinead created such a beautiful arrangement of florals for my wedding. She took time to listen to what I wanted and it turned out better than I imagined. Great service too, the team were quick to respond to my questions.

Terrible customer service! Sent a couple of e-mails regarding my upcoming wedding. They usually take more than 10 days to reply you when they do. It makes me wonder how late they would be to deliver the flowers too. Efficient communication is a key for any type of business,very disappointing!!!

Have walked past this florist a million times on my way to the library or the Glasshouse with my children but have never stopped at this gorgeous florist.  Today was different, no kids, no husband so my mum and I could take the time to stop and smell the roses. Well in our case it’s poppys.  Two bunches of poppys for $15 and the florist treated my mum like she was spending $150 - wrapped them beautifully, hessian and ribbon, such small delicate touches.  Thank you so much, these flowers have made my day and brighten up my workspace. Thank you so much xx

5 star experience with this beautiful flower shop and their staff.  We ordered wedding flowers for our son's wedding and didn't know what we really wanted.  Melissa was so creative and suggested many options for us.  She was not pushy at all and was clearly just wanting to make the wedding perfect for my daughter-in-law.  The end product was absolutely breathtaking and exceeded all expectations.  I would highly recommend the business for its excellence, value for money and dedicated staff.

I had ordered flowers for delivery a week before they were to be delivered. I asked for a time frame. Due to being busy and having so many orders to go out, it's really hard to set a specific time. But they said they could deliver within a 4 hour window in the morning before midday, and they did. They say that due to flowers being seasonal, it may be hard to exactly match what is depicted but they were a pretty good match. The flowers were delivered on time, to the right place and were received exceptionally well. Highly recommend.
