Food was great, much better than your average pub. Had the seafood tower for two plenty, signature steak and oysters. All were delicious. Great view

Since we live within walking distance this is our go to pub. The staff are always friendly and the view is amazing. Their cocktails are great but usually have white wine. Great selection and they do small and large pours.

Lovely spot for a family dinner including young kids. Darren was a great host, along with all the other staff working Easter Monday. Oh forgot to mention the steak was amazing...

Good classic pub food in a great location. More than just the usual basic beers on tap as well with local brewery pale ale available. Unfortunately the main room we were in got very warm to the point we had to move on, may need to look in to temperature control.

Come here regularly, it's always good. Busy too. Excellent views down the valley by day, but mostly obscured at night by the interior lights reflections. Good low yellow lighting for vibes though. We had schnitzels and a special salmon pie, and all enjoyed our meals. Lemon meringue was much loved, but the sticky date pudding was only ok.

Service was good but the food was really lacking in taste, not representative of its description today. We ordered the usual BBQ pork ribs.  Photo on top was taken on the night of May earlier this year. The ribs were very well marinated and flavourful. Thoroughly enjoyed it.  Photo on bottom was taken earlier this afternoon. The ribs were slow cooked and damp, there is no crisp to it, has not been put through the grill. The sauce is bland, not resembling that of BBQ and just placed over the unmarinated meat after being cooked. Unappetising.  It was a letdown and disappointment as I was looking forward to consistency in the quality of food served. Spoke to the server who said that the team has undergone major staffing changes and most of the chefs are new. Really can’t recommend coming here anyone when the food is less than mediocre and you are paying the price equivalent of a mains.

What a great place, to enjoy the food, scenery and Darren's hospitality. We found the me&U app very easy to use on our phone, with the food and drinks delivered exceptionally quickly, after placing the order. The panko crumbed seafood was particularly enjoyed by my Mum!

Onion rings over cooked..pie was full of meat. Was lovely and tasty. Friends grilled fish n salad was nothing startling....she left most of the fish ..said it was ok. Fabulous views out over the bays from dining room window.

Thank you so much to the team at buderim tavern for all the amazing work done on and for our wedding day 09.09.22  Food was amazing, we got so many compliments! Staff were lovely and everything was perfect.  Huge thank you to Katy Functions & Events Manager for all your kindness, hard work, patience and willingness to answer all of my questions leading up to the day. You’re a gem!

I booked for our work Christmas party of 30 and I can highly recommend the Buderim tavern. Lisa was fabulous with our reservation making everything so easy. The table was decorated with bonbons, they gave us table service and the meals were restaurant quality. You just can’t beat that view, the excellent service and value. Highest praise 10/10
