First booking here tonight, on a cold Tuesday evening Booked a table inside. Front door was wide open. Sanitising bottle was empty. Was quite cold inside. Asked if they could turn on the heater or close the door. Was told "it is what it is"...!! So I cancelled the booking and walked out.
This has been a personal family favourite for the past 12 years. My granddaughter loves that the kids spaghetti, and usually has two servings every time we go. Pizzas are absolutely delicious. But my personal favourite is the veal. My husband loves the personal customer service. Highly recommend to anybody looking for an Italian restaurant to eat at Buderim.
Waited over an hour for garlic bread. Mains were not what was expected and owner offered meals for free, not that we ate much, only a mouthful each. He informed us that he had been there for 7 months and noone had ever complained. I think he needs to read the reviews. We are clearly not the first customers to leave dissatisfied.
We loved our Pizza tonight! Authentic and just like the previous owner made! The new owners have had troubles with the pizza oven so the pizzas were hit and miss but the oven is fixed and the pizzas are back to normal! We have been going to this restaurant for 14 years and we are happy again!
What happened to Milans? Has it changed hands recently, because the food we had as take out was definitely not up to its usual high standard. Staff forgot one of our desserts, the other dessert was partially reheated and still cold and the pizzas were dry with no taste. Not sure we will be back after that.
No longer authentic Italian pizza unfortunately. Unsure why the new owners would have changed the tried and tested recipes, pizza bases like cardboard and toppings bland with no flavour. Will not be returning.
Absolutely disgusting. I didn’t know authentic Italian was dolmio past sauce from Woolworths and not home made pasta pasta from a packet!. How can the new owners tarnish a beautiful restaurant that was the best on the Sunshine Coast. Our garlic cheese pizza was pita bread base with garlic paste on top and no cheese. Not to mention the Woolworths packet pasta and dolmio pasta sauce. I wish the old owners would come back. Don’t waste your money on terrible food and service. Need to change the name asap it isn’t Milan’s run by an Italian family. It’s workers from the website wish. Rang the place and told them he said he didn’t Care. Will not return.
I had the Olives entree, and the Marinara pasta with spaghetti.. absolutely beautiful!!! Can’t fault this place, the takeaway option is perfection on those nights you want to indulge in front of the tv too ;
Amazing food and service - we love coming here! So welcoming and great atmosphere. Highly recommend the olives for starters, ravioli for main and sticky date pudding for dessert! Great value for money - thank you to the team.
Penne pasta with pepperoni and prosciutto, not home made pasta ,bought from Woolworths probably . Very little sauce and don't think I sighted much if any prosciutto. Veal Scallopini , thick cut and soggy crumb coating . Any Italian chef would definitely not produce that as "Scallopini". Just poor. Made these observations on check out and the owner / manager said " Well did you eat your meals ? Yes we ate our meals just wanted to tell you how disappointed we were . He just smiled and took our money . First time visit for me , I will not be back .
