Really disappointed. Flowers were ordered for valentines day for an office delivery. Flowers still hadn't arrived by 5pm when the office closed and after calling and texting multiple times there was no response. The flowers were delivered by about 7pm to the house address instead and on a day like Valentines, we were so disappointed that there were not more delivery drivers organised for the flowers to make it to the office address.

I live interstate and have used them multiple times, always a great experience - really creative, I never rate stuff but they are awesome

Very unhappy. No average delivery time, I sent a message along but card was left entirely blank.  Driver was clearly rushed, flowers are loosely held together and damaged.  Unfortunate experience.

Ordered posy on 3 october, charged from account 5 October but flowers not delivered.  Attempted to contact via mobile number, FB page and then email but absolutely no response.  Extremely disappointed and will never use again.

Pre-ordered a bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day, which were never delivered. Despite contacting Little Posy Co on the day via both email and phone received no response. Subsequently contacted via email to advise that 'the card had gotten lost and the delivery driver did not know where to send them'. No efforts made to remediate the situation and a rather rude email advising that they had processed a refund. Particularly disappointing as I had heard very good things.
