This was one of my favourite florists... they always stocked a gorgeous range of flowers but I have to say the customer service is appalling. The last 3 times I have gone in there no one has even greeted me, they just sit out the back talking. I ended up walking out the last time with nothing and sad to say I won't be back. There are so many other florists around the area with equally as lovely flowers and excellent customer service, which I would much rather support.
