Gorgoues wee bar. I love how it is so unsuspecting and you can almost completely miss the entrance. It was incredibly busy when we went and we didn't get served for a wee while. They had a great 2 for 1 that is on every Wednesday. The dessert was amazing along with the cocktails. Would highly highly recommend
Awesome experience. Great intimate atmosphere. Drinks were amazing and our group loved the deserts. Amazing service from the hostess. She took our whole tables order by memory, got everything right and was really friendly and knowledgeable! 2 for 1 deserts on a Tuesday too!
This cocktail bar is definitely worth a visit. It has a large variety of drinks to choose from combined with a really unique atmosphere. It can be a bit on the pricey side after a few rounds but you pay for the quality. I did not have any food so I can’t comment on that.
Always a great experience. Love the 2 for 1 deals they have for cocktails on Wednesday and desserts on Tuesdays. Huge range of seating options too.
As much as I'd like to love this place I do not. The cocktail menu is quite simply underwhelming and the drinks are not worth the price. Great vibes and nice staff though, if they change the drinks menu I will be back.
From seating arrangement, customer service, cocktail to desert choices they did a great job. If you are in Wellington and wamt to go to the Bar, Add place in your list.
Cool ambience but can be very messy when crowdy. We were installed on an uncomfortable sofa because no table for us... with everyone walking past us and brushing our knees. The cocktails were too sweet. I think it takes more than a cool decor to make a good bar, but we'll be back to give it a second chance
Went there for 'Wellington on a Burger' they had an amazing desert Burger that was super yummy. The atmosphere was ultra unique and cool and the buzz and vibe was chill but elegant.
Goodness this place is great. Lovely seating bays for groups, and tables for pairs. Love music often. Attentive but chilled staff. Awesome drinks menu which are mix-perfect and presented with care and style.
Looked forward to visiting but ended up being a little underwhelmed. Amazing Buffalo Wings, but didn't think too much of the cocktails. Wanted to like them, but weren't as good as we've had elsewhere, and the tide was out... Great atmosphere and fun space.
