Went in store to refund an item that was gifted to me for Christmas from an ex partner who had left me the receipt and told me to exchange the item or get a refund if I didn't like it. I was treated like a criminal by a staff member named, Kim. My ex partner is currently in the south island on holiday so he couldn't come in store with me. I asked if they could contact him for confirmation since they have his name and number on file but nope they would not. I was told he would have to come in and refund the gift himself. The receipt is fading fast and he will not be back in the north island for a few more weeks. The policy does state that they do not have to give a refund but in this case it felt more personal. I was happy to exchange the gift but after the way I was treated I didn't want anything from the store. If someone other than Kim could contact me on solutions that would be appreciated, thank you.
The team at Showcase Jewellers is so lovely! I brought a pair of earrings online which have become my go-to since they arrived. Super fast delivery too! Highly recommend

This is a beautifully laid out shopping experience. Very spacious with stunning jewellery very nicely displayed. The staff are lovely ladies who are all very knowledgeable about the gorgeous items for sale. Wonderful shops in this delightful town but undoubtedly Showcase Jewellers is the diamond in Te Awamutu’s crown!
Dropped off watch for battery replacement late in the afternoon. Picked up next day for only $20. Fantastic service.
Very Disappointed today when I had a broken face on my watch that they said they couldn't fix it, And that they would have to send it up to Auckland to fix it
