Fantastic!!  One of the best food experiences I had on a recent visit to Aussie. After a long day of driving and spot seeing, needed a hearty fix! The spice level was on point! Perfectly balanced! The thigh cooked to juicy perfection.  The server was very helpful in helping to determine what was best eaten! Their recommendations were well received and easily the highlight of the experience outside of the food itself!

Nice place to get your fix of spicy wings. Upbeat, funky atmosphere and good service. The chicken was excellent, and the fries were pretty good too. The coleslaw was very basic and could be made more interesting - possibly the addition of mayo would make it a more exciting variety. Overall a good experience.

Came here after walking past last time we were in Geelong post lunch and having many regrets. No regrets today. This is hands down the best fried chicken I've had. Wings were crispy on the outside, juicy meat, bursting with flavour. Shoestring fries are bomb, potato salad was fantastic as well, and the sauces are delicious. Will be back to eventually try everything on the menu at least once.

Nice place to dine and chill. Ordered the Alabama burger with coleslaw. Burger is nice and the spiciness is just right for me. Beer on tap is great. The only letdown is the coleslaw. Will definitely visit again to try the other burgers and wings.Food: 4/5

Ordered take away delivered.......The Burger Royale 'real' chicken thigh was tender and tasty, fresh bun and great balance of cheese, pickles and lettuce with ranch sauce, the macaroni and cheese croquette side, great taste, well seasoned and good crunch, just delicious  Had to order the Onion rings just to die for with their signature pickles and Macdaddy sauce  The Alabama Double Cheese and Bacon Burger was amazing, chicken was so moist, the bacon cooked well, cheese was tasty with just the right amount of pickles and Alabama sauce....good burger for all those cheese lovers out there!  Fries were cooked and seasoned well, but too cold to enjoy on arrival  Would highly recommend as their chicken and onion rings are the best!!

Visited here twice now when passing through Geelong.  Staff were all super friendly and helpful, especially when explaining the different 'heat' levels of the chicken.  We had southern tenders and waffles, and 'so damn hot' tenders and waffles - both were really tasty, and a good bit of heat on the hot ones wasn't the hottest level, so might crank up to that one next time. Waffles were the right level level of crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.  Only negative for us is that the high tables for two against the wall in the bar area are pretty cramped, and the seats are bit uncomfortable, so it doesn't make you want to hang around too long. Next time will try and book a lower table so we can chill with a couple of extra drinks next time.

Great food; crispy chicken the spicy option is hot!, loved the sides and atmosphere is relaxed. Friendly staff and overall a great experience for the price.

Interesting place, good service, food and drinks. They serve lots of different varieties of beers. The waffle only available on sunday. As a spicy lover, the evil level was not even that spicy. Overall a good experience.

I absolutely love this place. We come a few times a year and I’m a hot chicken fan.  Delicious tenders, great sides, amazing service and it’s not pretentious despite having some of the best natural wines on offer.  Sit out the front in the gorgeous summer sun and soak it all up.

Very disappointing knowing how good it used to be and who is behind it. Given Aaron puts his name to this place, he needs to ensure that his usual standards are met. As a restaurant owner of 19 venues I believe I know what I’m talking about. Chicken was Overcooked, Dry and Too spicy considering it was supposed to be medium. We had the evil as a comparison and there seemed little difference. Pickles warm and floppy not crisp Fries dry were way overcooked Sauces watery and not creamy as they should be. Shame for one of my go to venues when I’m Geelong!
