We visited Wah Bah yesterday for my Hen’s day. The food was all fantastic but the real champion was Cameron on the bar! His service was outstanding and he met our every need! Thanks for a great visit! Will be back for sure!
Visited for dinner. Asian inspired enjoyable food and fun atmosphere. Bao buns were delicious. Quick and friendly service in nice contemporary setting. Some seating has an aspect over the water. Some gluten-free options available.
My friend from Sydney and I called into the Bar for an Espresso Martini. The Barman was really lovely and welcoming. The ambience was nice. We enjoyed our visit.
Attended for a work break up function. Upon arrival, our outside booked area was quite dirty and not set up, so we asked a staff member if they could please give it a clean before others showed up a couple times, but was met with abruptness and rudeness from the young staff member, before one finally came out and cleaned the tables. We were shocked. Music was also wayyyy too loud in our private outdoor function area, so we asked if it could please be turned down a little bit where we were as we couldnt even hear ourselves talk, but was once again met with rudeness and a sarcastic attitude from bar staff whilst explaining why they couldn't. Food came out real slowly, and was quite mediocre at best unfortunately. Bit bland. Left early due to the disappointment.
ordered meals with there qr coding & the meals were all muddled up as to many people using the one code on table fron outside also & they were putting 2 serves on the one plate with different families. drinks & food also very over priced for value. great venue upstairs with a DJ & people enjoying themselves. would go back but not in a hurry. staff were nice
What a cool place! Bartenders were really nice and cocktails were high quality. Heaven is a place on earth, and they sell $3 bao buns on Wednesday’s!!
My daughter had her Hen's Night there and we were quite disappointed in the lack of value & service. We were promised a 2hr drink and food package, plus a cocktail on arrival. It took 30 minutes for the cocktails to come out, and the drinks menu we were given for the package was very basic. 2 plates of bao buns were delivered to the table for 12 people and nothing else. Wait times at the bar were long, so our 2hrs was over and we certainly didn't get our $69 per person worth. Might be great for a catch up with friends, but certainly wouldn't recommend for a function.
I have been dealing with Maddi the events manager regarding my friends hens party.. unfortunately google only lets me rate 5 stars, she absolutely deserves more!! Not only are the package deals great and budget friendly but the food options are really flexible and work within any budget you have. Maddi has been an absolute blessing and has helped guide me on food qty, location of the event, and answers any question thrown at her. Honestly top notch communication & service. This girl needs a raise 100000% recommend using Wah Bah for your next function. Thanks Maddi
Cameron & Zoe we’re the most phenomenal bar staff for our hens, best cocktails ever, friendly service, 10-10 recommendations love love love
Terrible service and average food. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks to come out. We ordered using the QR code as requested by staff and sat watching as people approaching the bar were served their drinks straight away while our dockets sat back waiting to be made.
