I have never experienced such disgusting customer service, the owner of the store is so rude and stuck up. They charged me a late fee even though i didn’t return it late, and they charged my account without even notifying me. The dresses are so over priced!!!! rudest and most unprofessional service, wouldn’t even give them one star.

I bought an amazing dress today that a staff member picked out for me that i probably would've overlooked myself. The staff really pays attention to what dress type compliments your figure. We were helped long after service hours, the staff not being in a rush to go home. Amazing service, highly appreciated!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! Would not recommend this place after they stuffed up my cousins order the day of her ball!!! Caused last minute panic for my beautiful cousin and now she has no dress. only clicked one star because i had to

Very disappointed that they forced me to collect two days before my event and then charged me a late fee... Won't be using again, very snobby service.

Charged incorrectly, staff unhelpful and can't be bothered, over priced dresses. Customer service poor. Professionalism very low.
