Worst customer service. Advertised a one day sale with all advertisements saying it was going to end 4pm that day so I ordered a dress online that night, thinking I had missed the sale. When they opened on Monday they advertised the sale was still continuing. I called up and emailed asking for a refund for half of what I paid to be in line with the sale because I wouldn't have bought online if I knew the sale was going to continue on monday. Owner has refused, making excuses such as: "the website and store aren't connected so we can't refund", "we didn't know the sale was going to continue"(it's a family run business).

Staff seemed and knowledgeable helpful (initially) and they have a good range of dresses for different occasions. Eventually though, just as I was narrowing my decision down to about three dresses, I was told I couldn’t take pictures or record the names of the dresses to help me make a decision later. I get that they have to do this to stop customers from just getting the same dresses for cheaper prices elsewhere, but buying an expensive dress for a special event is a big decision - one that you need time and the opinions of friends and partners for! In the end I bought a completely different dress off Gumtree. Another thing that didn’t help change my impression of the place was when one assistant snapped at me for trying to take down the name of the dress, and the other even insulted my hair!! I will never be back.

My Daughters came into the store looking for that special gown for their Ball. With so many gowns to choose from the assistance from the Goldilocks team was absolutely wonderful. I now have 2 very happy young ladies at home who found that special dress that you just know you should have. The help from the Goldilocks team went above and beyond and was truly appreciated. Thankyou so much.

they've got nice dresses but since we entered the store the staff could not stop talking to her friend and totally ignored us and didnt even ask if we needed any help. a little manner would have been appreciated.
